Purchased the 5 year extended coverage plan to give me peace of mind coverage for my new Toshiba tv. With electronic items, you never really know when they might fail.

I also get the service plans because of the wear and tear on the devices. Luckily we haven’t had to use them as of yet but I’d rather be safe than sorry!

These guys helped me with the returns and refund multiple time in the fast. the best protection for any electronics.

I didn't keep the TV so I was refunded, and it went to the next TV I bought. Oh, I would suggest getting the 2 yr protection plan, it's cheaper than the 5 yr plan and when its time to renew, it is MUCH cheaper!

Bought an high end sound bar, spent a little extra for replacement protection in case it went bad past mfg warranty

Had to have Geek Squad come out to help hook up the new Smart TV wth Cable and Samsun Soundbar, turns out everthing was hooked up wrong and now everything works with the Cable remote. Glad I bought coverage.
