I needed this plan just in case additional help was needed for items purchased. Wasn’t clear on what the Geek Squad does.

The protection I've purchased were kind of steep but it was all worth it.

i have complete faith in this protection. I have used this for years and never had a problem with hacks or viruses.

Got with new tv purchase on sale so got deal on geek squad warranty. Have not yet to have to use it and hopefully do not have to but gives peace of mind it is therw if and when needed.
