I'm finally writing a review for this tv. I had a thunderstorm about a few months after purchase and the quality of the tv hasn't been the same. I reached out to best buy to come fix my tv and just like most of you said, I had to contact Hisense to come out. because of the Manufacture first year warranty. Three tv specialist have been to my home and nothing has changed. The picture isn't sharp/clear at all anymore. I was told that I have to deal with this tv until after the one-year warranty is over. I couldn't believe I had to wait this long to enjoy my tv. Withing this timeframe I went back to best buy and brought another 85-inch tv which I'm happy with. I agree with one of you said, why did I pay for a 5-year warranty when it really a 4-year warranty? My one year is coming up, and I hope best buy can take care of their loyal customers. But I wouldn't recommend this tv for anyone. The worst tv I ever brought.

It's nice to know if I have a problem with my tv I can get it fixed without worrying. It's well worth the money !

Always have to add this insurance, unfortunately things happen but this gives a piece of mind

We had some kind of error message and I called Geek Squad and they came out, repaired it free of charge and showed me how to do what they did in the future.

if you buy an expensive gadget I really recommend you this warranty, best buy has the best costumer service.
