Everything thing I purchase from Best Buy i get the protection plan. It is so much better than other stores. I only wished they renew when expired.

If I have any complication with my device, just need to make appointment with Geek Squad and they are happy to resolve the issue.

Geek squad employees are phenomenal ! They do a great job of troubleshooting any problems and answering questions.

Totally recommend the protection plan on any item because you never know what may happen! And lease if something goes wrong I can bring it in to any Best Buy store even when I'm out of town.

I always get the geek squad service plan with everything i buy from best buy. They always make it right and take care of you!
