Everything thing I purchase from Best Buy i get the protection plan. It is so much better than other stores. I only wished they renew when expired.

Whenever I buy something I always get a two year warranty at least they have always taken care of me and it is a dependable Warranty to have except it can be a pain in the butt if you buy a cell phone

The warranty is easy to use and I was able to replace my broken vacuum. In store credit was given for original amount towards my next unit.

Geek Squad makes returns and exchanges a breeze. I have never had an issue returning or replacing an item on a protection plan. Best Buy is one of the few companies backing their products these days.
