    Get the warranty, it's worth it. So easy and quick! Thanks for the excellent costumer service! Called on a friday, for our tv malfunction, they replaced the very next day!

    5 Yr Warranty Protection Is Amazing. Just never know what can ever happen to your appliances when you buy them especially at an Pricey Price. Anything is possible to happen so I went with the 5 yr warranty protection which it’s covered through “Geek Squad Protection”

    Took great care of me when my tvs had issues. You do have to send in for repair first which was annoying but I got two new TVs in the end.

    Listen, I won't buy anything electronic without some assurance I'm going to have an exit strategy for when it goes kaput. Geek Squad by far has the best plan in the industry and has saved me from having to shell out major dollars more times than I can count on one hand. Its always straight-forward. You call, tech comes out and assesses the issue. They fix it or replace it... PERIOD!

    If you can afford the 5 year Plan on a TV, I highly recommend it. We had purchased a high end SONY a number of years ago. The screen failed approximately 4.5 years into a 5 year contract. Since Best Buy/Geek Squad could not replace the part needed since it was no longer available, we received full reimbursement for the SONY which basically paid for a new TV.

    Peace of mind after taking 5 year purchase guarantee plan. The Bestbuy offered the 5 year program for $99 which is a reasonable price.

    Have to buy new service agreement when TV replaced

    After we finally reached the Geek Squad, things went well. We couldn't reach them by phone, but finally did online. Despite spending a long time in our home trying, they couldn't fix our 65" Samsung TV. We had lost the right side of the picture. When they left, we had no picture at all. We had purchased the 5 year service agreement and lost the picture after 2.5 years. it was replaced with a comparable TV, but we were upset that we had to buy a new service agreement, with no credit left for 2.5 years, & that was $170!

    I've got 5 tvs on the house, all 5 samsung. If I had to buy another one, ot will be samsung. My phone is samsung. Just the best brand in the US

    I purchased geek squad protection for a previously purchased TV which quit working 2 weeks before the coverage period ended. I was given a full refund with no hassle at all. I recommend paying for the extra protection for any large purchases.

    We bought a TV with the five year Geek Squad warranty almost five years ago. It developed white spots on the screen. We contacted Best Buy and they determined that it wasn't economical to repair and allowed us the full purchase price toward a new TV. It took a few weeks due to the virus problems but the entire procedure went smoothly. Naturally, we bought the five year protection on the new TV.
