    Protecting my investment on 4K TVs is a must, and purchasing the Geek Squad's 5-year warranty on each TV is a no-brainer. I did this in the past and it totally paid off when my much older set had issues before the protection plan was over. They replaced my entire set with a brand new one years ago. It pays off in the long run, trust me!

    I recommend the geek squad five year plan, I have used it numerous times and it's great.So I recommend to anyone to get it because it is worth it.

    LOVE THE GEEK SQUAD 5 YEAR PROTECTION BECAUSE I PURCHASED A STOVE THAT HAD MULTIPLE ISSUES AND WAS REIMBURSED FOR MY TROUBLE. NORMALLY DONT PURCHASE PROTECTION BUT GOT BURNED BEFORE ON A WASHING MACHINE THAT WENT OUT AFTER TWO YEARS

    Excellent picture. Has all the apps needed to watch anything we want and with the service plan we know we will have a great tv for years to come should we run into problems

    It was an easy transaction. I went to the store with a printed sheet of the TV I want it. The salesperson only had to look on line and ordered it for me.

    I had bought a Vizio tv where it would shut of intermittently so I called Vizio they were no help. So bought a new Samsung tv I love this thing to death always purchase a extended warranty I hope I don’t have to use mine but if I do I know I’ll be covered! :)

    Only ever had to use one of my protection plans on a manufacturer defect and was extremely happy with the support. They refunded me the full purchase amount so I could replace my TV due to it no longer being manufactured.

    Purchasing a new Smart TV introduced me to the world of the Geek Squad! My first Geek rep set up my TV and explained all the info. It was as if the TV manual came to life. He was a professional and made sure we understood all of the details of the TV. He was a credit to Best Buy's reputation!

    We would buy this protection every time it is offered - BestBuy really honors their customers when a product fails and does not make it a big hassle to use it. We buy some products from BestBuy just because of this protection plan vs buying it from another box store or online retailer.

    2 year standard greek squad protection

    i got the 2 year standard greek squad protection plan for my 55 inc smart tv by mistake I meant to get the 5 year standard protection plan. Which I feel would be a good deal because I had another tv without the 5 year year plan and the main frame on it went bad and I tried to put it in the shop and they wanted $300 to fix it. Where now having the plan if anything goes wrong they will fix it.

    I would recommend getting the 5 warranty with any of the newer products over $200.00. The last 5 TVs purchased, had failures between the two and three-year mark. Since I purchased a 42 inch TV the GeekSquad came out to the house but wasn't able to repair it, so I exchanged it for a better one.

    Love the geek squad. The 2 gentlemen sent up all my electronics in a timely manner and moved everything for us. They were both congenital and informative. They also answered all my questions. It was so much easier to have all my new electronics set up because there was so many wires. I highly recommend geek squad.

    TOOK more then 90 days to get a new tv had to rent

    Same as the last time this is my second time dealing with geek squad replacements. They kept replacing the board which DID NOTHING!!! i was without a tv for almost 2 months . I had to rent a tv for 89 a month until they said they needed the board to fail 3 times instead of giving a replacement. So it was a 1500 dollar tv the reciept showed every main board was 1199 so they spent 3 times the tv's cost in repairs plus whatever it cost the truck and workers and then the 4th time when they picked up the tv and dropped off the other. This is crazy and if they just stopped this weird policy i dont know if its made up or what because it was the same guy every time i do not know if he was just saying this to pocket the money or what but its a crazy thing to do keep putting something that does nothing to fix it 3 times and wasting money and everyones time and making me have to rent a tv for a month. Honestly the only reason i give 2 stars is becAUSE they finally gave me a new tv what the old one was worth.
