Great TV. Purchased 2 year Protection Plan. Lightning strike damaged TV 2 months before expiration of Protection Plan. TV will be replaced under the Plan. GREAT DEAL!

Had to return a 32" that was under warranty. Fast and quick service.

I haven't use the geek squad recently but, in the past they never disappointed me and I'm sure they will not let me down if I needed them again.

My new machine was loaded with all my info correctly.

My tv started smoking so i order another i picked my TV up the girl that brought it out was very pleasant and my aide helped her put it the Van that was very good day.

I basically bought this TV since I was scared if something happens the TV over all I wouldn’t have to buy one all over again.. but yes this is deff worth it!

i gave this product 4 stars because 1 if you have mutiple tvs you need seaprate remotes 2. it takes a while to boot up 3 there is a custom app that if you dont sign up for you cant use the tv 4 i was expectimg better from poineer

I got this plan and I have yet to use it and hopefully I don't need to since I bought a expensive tv but I know that if I do need it I wouldn't have to sweat with a replacement.

I tell you that it was the best purchase I have ever made, I recommend them 100%.

Geek Squad warranty is amazing. Everything was covered

When I bought my 50 inch Toshiba approximately 5-6 years ago I purchased the Geek Squad extended warranty. I don't normally purchase these warranty because most times it is just as cheap to buy a new replacement. I forgot about purchasing the warranty. At about 4 years I started noticing wide darker bands of color running from side to side along the top, bottom, and through the middle of the TV. I went to my Best Buy account on line to see how old the TV was and then found out I had the extended warranty. Originally Geek Squad was going to replace the entire panel but, the TV was no longer being produced. I was given a code and told to bring the TV to my local Best Buy and everything would be taken care of. Best Buy refunded me the entire purchase price of the TV including the sales tax. With that I was able to purchase a larger TV and yes I did purchase a Geek Squad extended warranty for the new TV. Unlike most places fortunately I didn't need the original purchase receipt. One of the smartest decisions I have made as far as extended warranties goes.

I recently had to use this for a Sony TV that started experiencing back lighting issues. I was hesitant to purchase but I am very glad I did. This was much better than a Health Insurance Scam.
