    I basically bought this TV since I was scared if something happens the TV over all I wouldn’t have to buy one all over again.. but yes this is deff worth it!

    I haven’t needed to use the Geek Squad service yet, but it’s great knowing I have the warranty if something goes wrong. It gives me peace of mind, and the setup process for coverage was easy and clear.

    Bought a LG G4 oled and theres no way im paying this price wirhout the protection olan! Now my family has peace of mind that if anything happens, best buy will help us out!

    i gave this product 4 stars because 1 if you have mutiple tvs you need seaprate remotes 2. it takes a while to boot up 3 there is a custom app that if you dont sign up for you cant use the tv 4 i was expectimg better from poineer

    We were disappointed with our TV purchase as it gave us problems from day 1 however after speaking with Geek Squad, they sent a technician to diagnose the problem and scheduled a, immediate replacement which we are now enjoying. They were very easy to deal with and the 2 gentlemen who delivered our TV were very professional and their communication with us regarding arrival time was excellent as we were able to ensure we were there to receive the delivery. all in all, they were fantastic to deal with from the 1st call,

    We have had Geek Squad for quite a few years now and they do very good work. If they can fix it they will. And if they can't fix it they will tell you that also. We took in an old computer and they told us they couldn't fix it. That's the way it should be. It's worth the money you spend for it.

    Usually extended warranty's are not worth the price, but with Best Buy I love it. When I had a problem in the past, Best Buy has taken great care of me with no hassles. They have made good when it counts. I may not get the additional protection, but for electronics which can have a high failure rate I always purchase from Best Buy and get the added protection. From what I have read and experienced their coverage is the best and typically the longest. I know of enough people who's TV has died after a year and a half (after the warranty), who were out of luck as they did not purchase the extended coverage. Also, I prefer buying TV's and many items at Best Buy vs all the competitors including Amazon who has given me terrible customer service.

    Replacing a TV.

    I bought a TV that started flickering and having major screen issues right after the manufacturer’s warranty expired (of course). I took it back to the store and hey we’re able to send it out because I bought the extra coverage. It took a couple of weeks to diagnose but they contacted me today to tell me that they’re refunding me (in the form of a gift card) what I paid for the TV to put towards any purchase from Best Buy. This is why I buy extended/ enhanced warranties on most electronics. Most of these companies that administer these warranties are very reputable and honor claims that fall within the parameters of the coverage. Most people have unreasonable expectations and suffer from a sense of entitlement the size of a house and therefore claim that these types of coverage are “scams” or “Rip offs” because they fail to take a moment to actually find out what is covered and how the claims procedures work. Frank Zappa once said “Stupidity has a certain charm. Ignorance does not.” Nowhere is that more true than the world of the entitled consumer. Buy the warranty or don’t complain because almost all electronics these days are designed to fail.

    I had some issues with my television, due to an update on when updating the software. Finally, after some time the manufacturer sent out a tech to remove some hardware on my tv and replace it. My warranty did not start till within a year from the purchased date. And that is ok, my television is still on and taken care of either way... It just took a couple of days like 30-45 days due to scheduling and procedures with the manufacturer. However, it saved me a couple hundred dollars...

    Geek squad was very fast when i had to get new tv because my went bad very nice on phone and because they couldnt get the tv i had they got me a bigger on and just as nice probley better and i wanted bigger from the start but couldnt find what i wanted but when mine didnt work any more a d i calles them and after they checked everything i got the help i needed and they found what i wanted and were right on top of it zi will never buy from any were else after that any were else and it would be a problem but not best buy tbey are great and i stick by them and now i have all my friends and family doing the same thank u beat buy i will never by a tv from any one but u
