The Geek Squad is wonderful. I had a stroke and needed help several times. They were great and walked me through to resolve any issue. I would never use my computer without knowing they were there to help.

The individual Andrew, who helped me, was really concerned about my issue. Unlike his coworker, who I overheard continuously prompting him to stop trying to assist me.

In today's complex electronic world, I wanted the protection and a hassle-free way to deal with the problems we experience from time to time. I haven't had to use it yet, but it brings me comfort to know I can get help when I need it.

Geek service has always been great purchase for my products

It's a warranty, but not one you should be weary of. Most protection plans have gotten a bad stigma over the years, but this Geek Squad protection plan has never let me down. Best Buy has also been helpful and resolved any product issues I've had due to this warranty. Protection covers numerous categories, so give yourself the peace of mind and pickup the added coverage, it costs essentially the same as a weeks worth coffeeshop trips but now you're TV is worryfree for 2 years.

I have never paid for a extended warranty in my life I always thought they were worthless as the life of the product should last longer than what the warranty is offering. But I’m so glad I did. I had bought my dad a TV for Christmas and two years later some thing went out in it. I called the geek squad and they came out within a day and took a look at it. Unfortunately, my dad’s TV had been Discontinued. The part that they needed was unavailable. So they let my dad pick out a brand new TV comparable to the one that he had. Within a couple days they were back at the house installing and setting up the TV. I will always get an extended warranty on some things so expensive.

I hope to never need this service, but if I do, it is nice to know that I don't have to haul the TV in for service, it will be repaired in my own home!
