Geek squad installed & explained all features very clearly to us. Connected tv to other devices &took my old tv& disposed it. Very friendly, & helpful crew.

TV I purchased had a bad board. They replaced the board at no cost, but still had issues. They were able to replace the TV with a brand new one (newer model) at no additional cost, and they even threw in another warranty for free!

Excellent value for the money. In my experience this kind of insurance from Best Buy has always been honored when problems have arisen.

While I haven’t had to use the warranty yet, they’ve never failed me on the few past issues I did have with other warranties.

The agent was reliable and my tv lost ita image the warranty was very easy to claim

So we got this after debating several monitor choices for our new PC, and I'm so glad I decided to grab this. It's great for gaming, okay for office work, incredible for watching shows and movies. It's only 42 inches, which is small for me for movies, but the quality is out of this world. I usually go for soundbars/speakers right away but I found the built in speakers to be manageable for now. Love it!

So let me share my agony. Purchased my 23 yr old Daughter a 65” TV for Christmas. It was really for my 1yr Granddaughter…SHHHH! Well I mounted it on the wall, of course, and within a month or two they moved into another apartment without the roommates. Before place was remodeled for them they spent 3 weeks at her In-Laws. Well I moved them both times and when TV was turned on again after two moves, though seemingly perfect, the screen had apparently been pressed to hard at a single point and did not work. Not worth fixing. Bought her a 70” this time WITH THE WARRANTY!! Don’t make the same mistake I did :]

I have had Geek Squad’s support a few times. They are always helpful: phone or in-person! So for me having the yearly plan is a no-brainer. However, I still think Best Buy should not have removed the inclusion of complimentary home set up that they had up until this year!

Their is no other store with the backup to an accient or issue like best buy. They are the best at protection

Had my lgc1 get burn in and got refunded the full amount very quickly. Upgraded to the lgc4 very happy with this choice

A must have if you are going to purchase any electronic device! I originally purchased a Hisense 75" flatscreen TV that a little over a year later, the backlighting went out on half of the TV and right before Super Bowl Sunday...sad day... Though I wasn't pleased with customer support when trying to find a way forward over the phone, I eventually was able to get in touch with a Geek Squad representative via the chat (recommend going this route). He was able to locate my purchase, and inform me that my TV would be replaced and at no charge due to the inadvertent issues! Protect your investments! You deserve to be compensated for items that you pay for and don't work to specs!

They helped with everything I needed! I was pregnant at the time and didn’t have to lift a single thing.
