This plan is for five years so it gives the freedom to have my tv services and save me money on the cost of repairs.

It was for a peace of mind I bought the protection plan, but I'm a bit skeptical as to the coverage detail that the sales rep told me that "ANY problems with the TV, I can get an exchange for same model TV or if not available, can get full refund on the TV with credit issued on bestbuy gift card", which does not seem so as I am reading a lot of different reviews about the coverage for this service. I guess I have to be content for the fact that I am definitely covered for repairs (which I am also finding reviews saying that coverage doesn't repair internal screen problems?), but would be nice for the sales person to be better informed or be honest about the coverage, not conning the customers for their own sales quote.

I'll tell the world. I have been super satisfied with Bestbuy, in And out the store. Even customers satisfaction over the phone. I even have excellent customer satisfaction with carry out. Best Buy stands behind their products so I always buy the protection plan. Many people feel that the plans are a waste of money but they are wonderful if you have a problem with a product. I have bought many plans and never used them but on the other hand I have had plans on larger purchases that ended up being a tremendous product to invest in for the future of my purchase. I always spend the few extra dollars for my protection and peace of mind.

Great warranty protection at a great cost! We bought a 32" inch TV for a raffle.

Great service came and in a timely manner it was easy to set up and appointment and I didn’t have to wait along time to get one. Once arrived was very respectful tried to fix my tv and saw he could T and instantly put in for me to get a gift card to replace it. I went and picked out my new tv the next day

Hope I do not need to use this. But bought an open box TV and this gives me peace of mind.

Got the 5-year extra warranty for my television I bought from Best Buy. You never know if you will actually need it but its a great peace of mind especially all the great feedback I've seen/heard when their tv takes a crap. They will literally give you back your money or replace it. Thank god I have not needed it yet but electronics do go faulty at times.

Haven’t needed the service yet, but I am very glad that I purchased the extra two years. For peace of mind and generally have a tendency to up and stop working for no apparent reason. Maybe just bad luck or something else. But knowing that I had the geek squad there to help me really give me that piece of mind I was speaking about.

Excellent service on time no hassle, Called store they sent repair man out he kept appointments as scheduled... New TV was delivered no questions asked.

This insurance is extremely important. After replacing another TV brand twice, I was able to replace my TV at no cost with a more reliable brand and of course, purchased insurance again as a precaution.

The colors are unbelievable. It has built in surround sound. There are more channels and apps to count. I am very happy with this purchase.

Alway purchase the protection plan. We have always purchased the protection plan for any and all appliances that we buy from this store. Have always received prompt and quick repairs or replacement.

Geek squad is the best. Always very helpful and friendly and eager to get the job done. Sometimes there is a bit of wait time but that is telling me they are busy because they know what they are doing and fix problems.

1st Hisense TV so really felt it was the best thing to do with a 2 yr additional warranty. + the price was very fair
