I have had many warranties through many different retailers in the past, they have been a headache to deal with. Best Buy makes it super easy for any warranty repair.

So far I have not needed their help but nice to have them as a backup plan. First TV we purchased had a problem and we thought we didnt know what we were doing but Best Buy was great to help us return it and get a replacement. Replacement TV is great and was easy to set up

They helped me find out the Fubo is incompatible with my TV..they actually got me in touch with the manufacturer.

Protection is definitely a necessity and Best Buy is elite and stand behind their sales 100% highly recommended you cant go wrong they offer the best protection for your money vs any other store.....

The TV was a lot bigger than I expected!! I love the screen size and how loud it can get and how bright it is. The only reason I give it 4 out of 5 stars is because it’s sometimes slow. Perfect for my BF’s gaming TV!!

Haven't had to use Geek Squad Plan for this purchase(and hopefully won't have to!) but in years past, it has been a sense of relief when I damaged an essentially brand new phone. Geek squad protection is worth the peace of mind with some of these expensive tech purchases.

I can't remember what I bought this for but we haven't needed to use it. I'm sure it would have come in handy if something happrned to our purchase.

Seemed like an excellent offer to protect and investment like this TV.

You can never go wrong with geek squad protection plan. My tv gave out after 3 years and I was issued a gift card with the value of the tv. Couldnt be more satisfied

I just love the idea of a 5 year Geek Squad Protection plan. It covers everything including lightening. We live in Florida so that could be important. I do hope I never need to use this reasonably priced product!

My original TV was purchased last year as an early birthday present wasnt even a full year old before it quit working so I turned to a store I trust qnd bought my vizio from best buy, I love the protection plan ot covers qlot of things like what happened to my old TV.

I came in price checking a tv and after Dean helped me, i left with a 85” Sony! Good tv so far! Dean has excellent customer service & is very polite & professional!! I will look for Dean to help me if needed when i go back!

I didn't use the geek squad for this item, although I have heard so many good things about them and thier prompt services.I would definitely use them.

Havent needed it yet but i feel good having it in case i do.

I always try to get a protection plan when i buy more expensive items.

Purchased a LG 4K smart tv from Best Buy and added the 5 year Geek Squad Protection to extend the manufacture warranty. Due to brown outs and other voltage irregularities, having this added protection provides peace of mind. A must add on at point of purchase from Best Buy.

I would recommend this for any led or lcd tv. As time progresses single pixels may go out (has happened to me) and the entire panel will have to be replaced. This becomes expensive and after time passes they will just fulfill your warrantee on the tv because the panels are not made any more. I had a pixel go out and it drove me crazy having a white spec on the screen. Ultimately it's up to you however.

I bought the 5 year protection as a piece of mind after my last tv had issues right after the factory warranty expired.
