Agents went a step above and put my 65 inch TV stand on and set the TV up on the cabinet

I love this 70" Visio tv. The picture is amazing. There is a small lag in starting apps but expected for the price.

Worth it, especially when you have tv’s or anything you want to protect just incase.

It is so great to know that this product is protected for two years. I had a TV that went out of order at 18 months. Unfortunately the warranty was 12 months. No choice but to buy a replacement....

Piece of mind if you want extended warranty. Just few times I bought something without extra warranty and I regretted it.

Living in North Florida deals with many lightning storms and electronics these days are very expensive to replace. This is a minimal investment to enjoy our electronics for a long time.

This gives me great ease of mind with my new tv, if anything happens they will send geek squad out and fix the issue right there in my living room!

So far so good. no need for service at this point but its only been a couple months. Hopefully I'll never need it but feels good knowing it is there.

Alway get the plan. I know they cost extra money but on big ticket items it is a must. Everything breaks now because of the low cost electronics.

Every high value electronic I purchase at Best Buy will be bought with geek squad protection due to the fact that they will always fix any problems with it.

Worth the purchase price for not having to worry about anything. Support is only a phone call away to resolve any issues, big or small.

When I purchase one of these, I can really relax and not have to worry about issues because Geek Squad got me covered like an umbrella! ;-)

I think geek squad insurance is great knowing that if theres something wrong with the tv will come to the house to fix it instead of you taking it to the store.

I probably didn't need to get this, given the quality of the TV manufacturer, but there's a great relief in knowing that if something were to go wrong that it would be in good hands. I got this service on my last TV purchase. I only needed to use it once, but that made it worthwhile.

The geek squad agents are courteous and understanding. Not pretentious at all even helped me understand in non tech savvy terms what my issues were
