I love Best Buy. I love their warranties. Their warranties are second I will always buy my new TV from this

It's cheaper than most 5-year warranties on the market. I hope I never have to use it so I can't tell you how efficient and good the company will be. But I had a problem with Best buy once before and they fixed it as best as they could. Problem was delivered the wrong TV and they couldn't fix it until the deliverer said it was delivered which took them days.

It provides a piece of mind, when buying high end items. Manufacturing warranty is great, but doesn't always cover everything and takes a lot longer than a ride to bestbuy.

It's Geek Squad support. What can I really say other than they will help you. I got this as a way of extending the warranty on my new TV. Really this is a peace of mind service. Just payit once and then you're guaranteed 5 years of service on your purchase. It's just one less thing to worry about.

We have not had to call the Geek Squad for this paticular item but they were there to assist us in getting out desktop set up and running quickly and with such patience. They were very informative.

The Geek Squad 5-year Standard Geek Squad Protection is a must with all electronic purchases. I have not utilized the plan, but it's peace of mind knowing that our purchases are covered for the unexpected. There was no deductible only coverage at the fullest.

Excellent product good quality and professional service

You never know what could go wrong or when. I invested a substantial amount on my television and certainly hope it lasts as long as my last one which is 16 years old and still works fine. I just wanted some new features. It will likely be a while before I want to upgrade again so if this one fails for any reason, the added protection will help prevent unnecessary costs.

I always purchase the Greek squad agreement when I purchase televisions as the manufactures warranty does not include shipping and at times the service is not very good. I have found that the geek squad service backs up the purchase of the TV really well.

good tv. ideal for games. very powerful sound. I like that it is updated frequently. If you like to watch movies in the evenings in a dark room, then this TV will give a good result. in a bright room, the image will be dark. I advise you to buy if there is a discount on the TV, you will not regret the money.
