I've purchased all of my electronics, appliances, and cameras from Best Buy. I do not purchase anythings within getting Geek Squad protection because it's the absolute BEST!!! I actually use the Geek Squad protection on this TV. This TV was my replacement. Filing a claim and delivery was quick and easy! 10/10 I DEFINITELY RECOMMEND!

Used their tv repair at home service before. They replaced a defective panel on my tv that would have cost me $500 for free. Don't buy warranty from others and hear "do you have the box your tv came in, you have to send it off yourself to repair center, there's nothing we can do, do you have your receipt from a year ago, I don't really know anything I have to get a manager or any other of the poopie you'll probably hear elsewhere.

I absolutely love this tv. The quality on it is out of this world, It’s super bright and supports Dolby Vision and Atmos. It has all kinds of features and it looks modern with the slim bezels. The QLED brings out a perfect picture and the only complaint I would have is the “ghosting” when watching fast motion content.

I love the peace of mind that this gives me, I have two kids under the age of three and I know far too well that accidents can cause some damage, but this offers me peace of mind!

They are always there available, helpful and informative on issues that arise. I am lucky that I haven't had to use them too often but they are good at what they do.

We always take out the extra protection. Only had to use it once, and very easy process

We got the 5 year warranty on an out of the box TV and so well worth it .. TV had a bad cooling fan when we first turned it on so we took it to Geek Squad and they sent it to Samsung and they replaced the Motherboard .. the TV looks and is amazing

I got this plan and I have yet to use it and hopefully I don't need to since I bought a expensive tv but I know that if I do need it I wouldn't have to sweat with a replacement.

I haven’t needed to use the Geek Squad service yet, but it’s great knowing I have the warranty if something goes wrong. It gives me peace of mind, and the setup process for coverage was easy and clear.

Great TV. Purchased 2 year Protection Plan. Lightning strike damaged TV 2 months before expiration of Protection Plan. TV will be replaced under the Plan. GREAT DEAL!

This is definitely a fantastic product. I bought it for my mom as a Christmas present and she absolutely loves it. She watches our favorite shows and movies on it and it’s great to have a bunch of family to enjoy it also.
