I always get the warranty package!!! Highly recommend! I had my previous TV from Best Buy and it went out after only 18 months. Best Buy replaced it and reinstalled the new one at NO Charge!

The geek squad delivered my tv on time and the entire process was quick and easy.

It’s a great deal for protection in case anything happens to your devise during the first 5 years.

I like having a piece of mind should anything go wrong.

I'm now retired from Best Buy after working in the Magnolia Department for 13 years, & I'm a "True Believer" in the Geek Squad In-Home Protection for 5 years, on my mom's TV. Her TV is on at least 12 hours a day, & has Roku built in application, & it's 4K ready, so her TV features will be utilized a lot. She's also, bed ridden & her new TCL is her entertainment. If this set should break down (Doesn't cover physical damage), then all I have to do is call 1-8000-GEEK-SQUAD, & they'll come out to service it or replace it !

Hope I do not need to use this. But bought an open box TV and this gives me peace of mind.

TV developed fine horizontal lines couple months ago, picture sometimes delayed coming up on my 50” TV. Called Geek Squad and the next day servicemen were here, parts ordered and they were back a week later. Upon their inspection they called for the TV to be replace, they delivered the replacement & took away the damaged one. The only cost to us was a new protection plan (5yr) and being patient a couple weeks

Excellent coverage, you never know what could go wrong, No need to hassle going to the manufacturer, protect yourself It's an excellent price and product!

They do great work and help with all my needs even time I have a question they know the answer even ten years back when I purchased stuff for Best buy they can still help .

Thankfully I have not had to use the warranty but having it is definitely a peace of mind. Great price for it as well! It covers everything I would need it to!

Good service...always buy the geek squad protection plan

I’ve been getting service plans with Best Buy since the PS2 days. Never once has one not come in handy. They’re a must for me with high end purchases.

After doing research on televisions we purchased a LG 55 inch. Brought it back the next day, no hassle return too, because it was just too big for our small living room and the sound was not great either. We exchanged it for a 48 inch Sony Bravia TV. That was the best move we could have made. The picture is crisp, the sound is incredible from the built in speakers, much better than the LG, and it is a SMART TV also. Price was right too. I have to say also that the salesman who helped us was tremendous. Very knowledgeable and courteous. It's nice when you can get answers to questions you don't know to ask. We have never been fans of Best Buy, but I believe this whole experience turned us around. They really know their stuff. Thank You.....

I got the 42” to use as a PC monitor and its been excellent. Blows away every other monitor I’ve used in the past and the added versatility is a nice value add. I’ve had no problem with the auto adjusting brightness limiter and don’t mind having to turn the TV on first (as opposed to how monitors will just wake from sleep), but YMMV.

My original purchase was on a ROKU tv, which i opted out of protection About 6 weeks later my BRAND NEW tv screen went all scrambled. i panicked being out of the 30 day return window. However when i called the store the gentleman gave me no hassle and allowed me to return TV. While there he talked me and my boyfriend in to buying a better bigger tv. he informed us of all the benifits that come along with the protection plan so we purchased that as well. so far have not had to use on the new TV but nice having peice of mind if anything goes wrong

1000 % necessary on any and all devices through Best Buy always and I mean always under no circumstances could you ever go without purchasing one of these perfect warranties with zero deductible and from how it was explained to me hopefully Best Buy ensures everything from car home medical and life insurance soon your other Best Buy is to buy a bunch of Best Buy stock immediately no matter what the market looks like right now such as I've done last year it's just as good as Tesla and we'll get even better in the years to come
