Hope to not need to use it, but peace of mind knowing I have protection in the event I do. I have used GS protection in the past and it was well worth the small up front cost.

Would not purchase an expense item without having a extended warranty and the price was right.

Thankfully, I haven't had to call them about my tv, but I've had good luck with them in the past of laptops and other pcs.

I have used the Geek Squad in the past, and they have been very helpful. Knowing that you have someone to call when something happens to your product is a relief.

The geek squad has never disappointed me. Anytime i called with a issue they guided me through each step with no problem.

Sounds like I'm an add but after I started getting these warranties I realized how amazing they really were. If something doesn't charge right they fix it/trade it in for a newer item, if you drop it they fix it/get you a new and or better one, even if you plug it into the wrong power brick and fry the device like I did to my old 3ds they'll let you trade it in for the new 3ds. No matter if it's a 50$ alexa that gets knocked off the table by your cat or a 1500$ tv that jumps off the wall they'll help and get you back up and running.

The colors are unbelievable. It has built in surround sound. There are more channels and apps to count. I am very happy with this purchase.

Geek squad has some of the best protection for customers. They’re one of the few businesses left that doesn’t treat their customer’s insurance/protection coverage like it’s a personal inconvenience to them, or operate it like a scam and not actually protect your purchase when you try to get them to honor it. I don’t usually opt for “protection” because it is usually a scam. I do at Best Buy though, because they’re known for actually honoring their protection agreements.
