THIS IS NOT A GEEK SQUAD REVIEW!!! THEY DID NOT INSTALL. After I found where the A/C in was (never even addressed in the install sheet), the TV has a great picture and almost everything seems to work just fine. The extras are super. The only negative thing is that (unless there is more hidden information) when I plug in the "Audio Out" to another device, it bypasses the TV's sound. I didn't downgrade the rating, but if not something I can fix, doesn't detract form the overall score for the unit.

The agents are always available they are always very knowledgeable and helpful and if they can't help over the phone they get you in immediately to solve your problems if I could give them a higher rating I would definitely worth the extra money

Nice picture and sound for the price can't be beat. Navigation can be a bit of a pain. Overall good buy!!!

Always always get the extended warranty you never know what can happen and bestbuys always come through.

I've never needed to use the geek squad service plan that I purchased, but when you meet them in the store you know they are totally capable of handling any technical issues you may have with a variety of products. Definitely something I suggest with every purchase, especially those who aren't tech savvy, like me.

I had an issue with Tv called spoke with a service tech he verifed glitch and replaced it without any hassle the warranty is well worth the money

Well, as of this time we have not needed support by Gee Squad but expect they will provide support if we need it. TV was straight forward to set up
