Great feature to have when purchasing products at Best Buy

I haven’t had to use it yet but I’m sure it was a great purchase

I haven't needed to contact the geek squad yet, but having the coverage at a very good price is comforting.

TV quit after a few days. They brought out a new one and set it up for us. We bought the tv to replace one that was less than 3years old that had quit. It was a different brand and we had not purchased the extended warranty. Great piece of mind and we were real pleased with the knowledge of the Geek Squad.

Purchase protections plans selectively. When I've had an issue replacement easy.

Not one for much with warranties because they always seem to have so many terms. This warranty provided by the Geek Squad seems like the real deal a no worry warranty backed by Best Buy. I used this warranty in the past and was happy with the service

Never get anything without the coverage!! You usually have a couple of weeks to buy coverage if you can’t right away!!!

The agents hooked up the TV and explained everything to us from turning it on to turning on Prime Video. These guys were very knowledgeable, smart, and especially patient with us and took their time to install the tv and were very neat and cleaned up after themselves including taking the box/trash with them. All I had to do was to sit down and enjoy my new TV.

We had Andrew from the Geek Squad come to our home to set up out new TV and sound bar. He was wonderful!! He answered all our “senior” questions and helped us feel comfortable with using the new technology. He was knowledgeable, accommodating, listened and answered our questions, and was professional. He told us we could call him if we had any additional questions which we have done. He was very patient with us. He made us feel comfortable with our new purchase. Wonderful!!!

Within three months of my tv purchase, I had to use the Geek Squad service when I dropped the remote control in my coffee. Their help was immediate and I was able to get a replacement within a week. I always get this coverage whenever I make a purchase.

Thank goodness for the warranties makes the process of buying easier knowing you're back up by BB. This warranty protected me and got me a new tv cause my unit became defective.
