Great product to perfect my products if there was yo happen

The five year warranty seemed like a good choice when purchasing my first Insignia brand TV. I had previously always purchased a major national brad and wanted a bit of peace of mind. I have not yet needed the warranty after just a few months but that is all going.

You only need to read the terms and features for these Geek Squad warranties to see how beneficial they are on top of your manufacturer's warranty. Above and beyond. Most of us carry the insurance plans for cell phones each month as a "what if scenario," this is no different for high end home entertainment equipment. For less than cellular insurance and no "deductibles," this is a must have piece of mind. Better to have and not need, than to need and not have.

This service is a must when you buy a BIG tv. They will pick it up and bring you a new one Mine is 100” and heavy

Its so easy to use my whole family loves it samsung is a reliable brand.

I have not had to use the geek squad so I really can’t give an accurate review. But it is nice to know they are there if I have any problems with my Toshiba tv.

I’m confused about the returned note… geek squad guys requested for the exchange of the tv… we end up getting a different tv and paid extra and that’s fine but was told we can’t transfer the protection we paid extra to this new tv… we paid for 5 yrs protection and it’s only over a year and problem arises..

This tv has an excellent picture. I have no problems to report

I needed this use the warranty for my 65” Oled that had dead pixels. A tech came out and checked. The next day I received a store credit for the price paid for the tv.

Everything is working fine.I have no problem with the service.

It's always a good idea to get extra protection plans on anything that you don't want to buy twice because while the quality is great in most of the new technology, any mass produced items have a few flaws once in a while, quality control is really good nowadays but it's always smart to be sure, I've had a few things that I have had to do the warranty on and I was really happy to have it because the manufacturer warranty had expired. I will always get the warranty.
