This is a pretty, good protection that I used for my new PC setup

Had a smaller tv , fire tv also. When we was looking for a gift for us. Found this on sale, we drove 60 miles round trip to get it. IT WAS TOTALLY WORTH THE TIME. PICTURE IS SO CRIP, CAN SEE EVERYTHING SO MUCH BETTER.

I'm so happy that we got this protection plan. Geek Squad knows what they're doing and is always reliable. With a crazy cat who loves bird videos, our getting this for our TV was a must.

Doesn't matter what the issue is, Best Buy is always there to fix it or replace the item. I got this with my mom's Samsung TV and there was a dark cloud spot on the screen. Samsung refused to fix it it. They said it was "tolerable for them." I called Best Buy and emailed them the pictures. They told me to bring the TV in and they exchanged it.

Geek Squad is amazing! I need them for the TV I just purchased and for the new printer I need to buy.

This is a subscription that I plan to use if there is an issue with my purchase

I like buying the extended warranties on electronics it gives me an extended piece of mind that if my product had a problem in the future The Geek squad has my back.

Haven't had any need to utilize, but have in the past and received great service.

Always nice to have the option for help if something goes wrong! Haven’t needed it yet (fingers crossed) but best to always cover yourself just in case with these big purchases!

Just got my new tv. Was using an older 1 given to me and it went out. I made sure to buy the protection plan so if something happened I knew I'd be covered for any help I'd needed!!

Hope to never have to use this on the TV we purchased for the family room

This "insurance" plan is a definite must have, especially if you are not especially tech savvy. I have used it numerous times and it provides peace of mind and is reassuring to know that any problem(s) I encounter with tech issues will be handled in an efficient and thorough way.

The geek squad know what they are doing and getting the extra protection plan is highly recommended in my book. I was working on my laptop on day, leaned over to grab something and it dropped out of my lap. The screen cracked on it, fortunately we purchased this extra layer of protection, took the laptop to the store and they fixed it right up. Great customer service.

I love that it is wireless and no cartridges. I can see when it is low on ink!

I’m really not looking forward to bringing my LG OLED tv to geek squad. Because if I do that means something isn’t working properly or it broke. In the past when I did bring something to them that were very friendly And took the time to listen to your problems.

Excellent service even when facing complicated account issues (I have two accounts and the protection and television ended up on different places.) My original television couldn't be fixed so they issued me store credit to put towards a new one. Definitely worth the money.
