great support and must recommended to take for any purchase in best buy

It gives me much peace of mind that the TV I bought for my father has a fix or replace coverage for the next 5 years. The cost works out to a couple of drinks from Starbucks per year. VERY affordable coverage that can be redeemed at many stores. I live in a different county than my parents. TV problems, there's a store 5 minutes away from them!

I needed them to connect our new tv to our sound system. They were quite knowledgeable, very effective and great to work with.

I just love the idea of a 5 year Geek Squad Protection plan. It covers everything including lightening. We live in Florida so that could be important. I do hope I never need to use this reasonably priced product!

Always get the geek squad protection. Had to use it once nad it paid off in a bug way.

I always buy Geek Squad insurance for my technology. There has never been a moment when I had any difficulties either replacing or fixing my items.

So far I have not needed their help but nice to have them as a backup plan. First TV we purchased had a problem and we thought we didnt know what we were doing but Best Buy was great to help us return it and get a replacement. Replacement TV is great and was easy to set up

Haven't had to use Geek Squad Plan for this purchase(and hopefully won't have to!) but in years past, it has been a sense of relief when I damaged an essentially brand new phone. Geek squad protection is worth the peace of mind with some of these expensive tech purchases.

My original TV was purchased last year as an early birthday present wasnt even a full year old before it quit working so I turned to a store I trust qnd bought my vizio from best buy, I love the protection plan ot covers qlot of things like what happened to my old TV.
