Excellent service, protection plan, and a professional crew.

My TV got burn in around 3 years in, and after 4 years, started flickering. I returned it to best buy and got a replacement TV with equivalent specifications and value.

The tv quality itself is great. The speaker is decent but i did pair it with a bose sound bar instead. Took a star off because the remote is cheaply made and has to be paired if you change the batteries.

Protection plan for tv hopeful we never need to use it

Trust me you will not go wrong with the geek squad protection plan I can honestly say they've honored everything I've sent their way with the protection plan. It doesn't get much better than that hard to find good companies like that nowadays.

We picked up the television and installed ourselves. Super easy, except for configuring the television remote with the cable remote volume.

I had an issue with my TV. Tje replacement parts were unavailable. My TV without was replaced without a deduction for depreciation and without hesitation.

I purchased the five year warranty on my expensive new flat green 60 inch which was highly recommended by the geek squad, and sales team

Had to use this for the laptop we purchased. Good investment as the laptop itself was on the cheaper end and I was worried about reliability. Replaced the screen and speakers 20 months into the plan. Actually got an updated motherboard out of the repair as well.

I purchased this 2 year warranty to cover my 55" LG LED Smart TV which as an exchange for a 55" Insignia LED TV that was deemed not repairable through my previous Geek Squad Protection Plan. Even though my TV was in limbo for over 3 months to get the exchanged one I felt it was worth it for the money. To replace the TV for a comparable one would have costs me well over $699.
