So far haven't needed any assistance other than what I got from the sales rep. who was very knowledgeable and helpful. Feel better about a TV with extension to the typical warranty.

Your crazy if you spend money for a nice tv or other items and do not protect it! The Geek squad is the way to go!

Here is the deal, if you dont get Geek Squad Protection, you are missing out. Lets start with the fact things are not made like they used to be. Drop something once and its done. Now I can be my clumsy self and not be overly worried I lost my item. Win win
