I had a 4.75 year old TV that died, it was not repairable but had a5 year service plan... Contacted BB Geek Squad, once determined status they put me in touch with a different team, in about 15 minutes they settled for the total cost of the broken TV (less service plan cost). I used that money too heavily discount the replacement TV. Very happy with the whole experience.

My screen quit working and Best Buy had someone out here to diagnose it and a new TV delivered within a week. Definitely worth the investment for the peace of mind, but the service was much better than I expected going into using it. I’d recommend it and bought it a second time myself with the new TV.

With my bad luck with electronics, I felt that I had no other choice but purchase a 5 year warranty.

They were quick refunded me store credit no issue.

The 2-year Geek Squad protection plan is worth it for major purchases. It’s affordable and provides excellent support for repairs or replacements. Their customer service is quick and reliable.

I mounted it by myself with help from a few friends as BestBuy doesn't deliver or come out to Eastern Oregon. Had to rent a trailer and fetch tv minus the fuel and time it took to retrieve my purchase.

So far I've yet have to use this warranty. I believe they would do an excellent job if I'd ever have to.

The material is excellent. I highly recommend it and it looks very comfortable on the wall.

Called them about a problem- ended up not being a technical issue, I asked him what he suggested I do, he told me and it worked. Great people to deal with

I used their service once on my computer and they did awesome. They explained fully what was wrong with this and advised me what to do if this happens again. Great people who fixed it.

They were booked out a month, but with things being the way they are these days, I understand. I needed their help to finish setting up our TV. I was so glad we bought the coverage! The way electronics are built these days, I always opt in for the insurance. The tech was friendly, patient, and very knowledgeable! I only wish they had more knowledgeable customer/phone support. My issue probably could have been solved over the phone.
