    So glad I had purchasd the plan with our newn55" Hicense tv. Covered the black out screen that happened in the middle of a movie for no reason. Delivery drivers and support both said they are seeing this more and more. Sonin my opinion the cost for Geek Squad protection was well worth it! Did purchase a 5 year plan for new 65".

    I bought only the 2 year geek squad service. Hopefully the tv will outlast that, but I purchased due to the likely hood that any failure will probably be an early one and the squad will handle pixel or other failures after the 1 year HiSense warranty.

    Diagnosed and fixed the issue in about 10-14 days. Much better than using manufacturer. It's about the people, so a big thanks to the technicians. If BB didn't have this, I would buy from another online retailer.

    Geek Squad services are always hassle-free, I never buy anything and don't attach a plan if its available, cause you never know. I also love I don't have to deal with a third party

    I always purchase the Geek Squad protection plan with my electronic purchases. The price is very reasonable; even if you don't need it, it's well worth the peace of mind. I only had to use it once; all it took was one phone call and my TV was replaced. I'm very pleased with my Geek Squad Protection plan.

    I know anything will go wrong with my purchase but it's nice to have some security just in case. The price was a little high for my taste but again I think it's worth it for the 2-year coverage

    The agent I talked to was very helpful and took care of everything. I was very happy to find I was actually able to get a new replacement TV at no cost. I only had to purchase a new Geek Squad protection plan.

    It's the best protection plan I've bought. They came in and did a same-day repair on my TV and it was up and running. When it started having issues again and eventually died on me, Best Buy set me up with a new model of the same TV! Came the next day and dropped it off along with recycling the old TV for me. Gave me piece of mind and save me a lot of money.

    I purchased the five year geek squad plan. Lo and behold my expensive $2000 Sony TV decided to not work one day. Called up the geek squad and they arranged to have it fixed. No hassle no extra cost. The only thing I had to do was make a phone call. Best Buy and geek squad took care of everything. I purchased a second television from Best Buy also purchased a geek squad plan for five years. It a peace of mind that your television is going to be taken care of. “One call that’s all” LOL

    Bought the protection plan with my TV back in 2017. The picture on the TV started to go with only a couple months left on the protection plan. Contacted GeekSquad and they diagnosed the issue and replaced my TV. I got credited for the TV I bought in 2017 and they waved the delivery and haul away charges, which allowed me to afford to upgrade my TV because all I had to pay was the difference. Highly recommended.

    5 week days to wait first tim then needed parts tell that after 3 days then another 5 days for a tv when the troubles is over for this tv i wont buy nothing from best buy maybe 30 miles away is too much for a store and geek squad leaves a lot to be desired i bougt the same tv thru amazon i should of kept it
