I love the Geek Squad, always helpful and knowledgeable. The only thing I would recommend is for them to have better hygiene practices, greasy hair and bo isn't good.

I can’t imagine my life with out Best Buy and the Geek Squad! I have met some of the most intelligent and helpful people in this department. They came out to perform a site evaluation on my sound system. I know most of the by name. I don’t know if that is good for them, however, it certainly is GREAT for me!

How long will your purchase last you? Most purchases come with a 90 day standard warranty from the manufacturer. This is the best option for ensuring that you purchase takes you beyond the manufactures short term warranty.

Geek squad through BB is the greatest warranty service you could hope for. They're always willing to help, the are usually very knowledgeable on your situation or know someone who is. And if all does go sideway, they'll replace it. What more do you want.

They always go above and beyond to fix any problems we've had in the past,present and im sure in the future.

Seriously what do you need more than protection. Not the you know physical type but you know emotional. Being protected from the heart ache of not being able to replace your expensive stuff.

We bought this for one of the appliances. In the past, we had a fridge that was having a lot of cosmetic issues and having the protection gave us piece of mind knowing it would be taken care of. Especially with dishwashers, free replacements if the appliance is not fixable or keeps breaking.

I purchased this at the time I purchased a mini refrigerator for my daughter's dorm room. I will probably never have to use it, but wanted the protection as it will be used in the dorm. Better safe than sorry!

My goto product throughout the day. Makes ice quickly and has a choice of 2 sizes. This is my second one. Mine broke today and I ordered a new one.

Honestly have never had to use it, because the products have always been top notch, but glad its there if i did need it.

For certain items, no matter where you buy it and what brand it is, having piece of mind in a protection plan is invaluable. We haven't needed to use it, but if we do, great, if not, then we went at least four years of not worrying about our large appliance purchase. Thanks Best Buy

I bought this refrigerator for the bedroom because my wife loves midnight snacks, but hates getting up to go get it. She absolutely loves it!

I absolutely love my cooler, holds so many beverages. Works great! Slick look also.

I don't normally buy warranties but lately I have on big appliances and it was worth what I paid. Especially if they have to order parts and come back to install. Things don't last like they used to, so I have them checked out before warranty ends.
