I had a problem with my ice maker. Best Buy offered to replace the item or refund me 2 years after I bought the product. It was well worth the price I paid for tbe plan.

This actually came in handy for my last counter top I’ve machine that stopped working in me. I brought the machine in and it was replaced no problems

Why wouldn’t you want this protection, something breaks it will cost you nothing out of pocket. I get this with everything I buy.

Geek Squad protection is there when you need it. It’s like insurance. If you don’t have it, you end up needing it sometime down the line. I have had to use the protection a couple of times in the past on different items, and glad I had it.

I love the Ice but before the one year mark this thing breaks. Have bought 2. Not worth the price.

Geek Squad is a great service. If you have an issue arise with a product it is taken care of quickly and with kindness from staff. I have always had a very good experience with them. I love having protection on the products I love.

It appears I am reviewing the BBuy Protection plan for the refrigerator, not the appliance itself. I like having BBUY extended warranties on all equipment I buy from them, gives me a sense of security and SOMETIMES have used it. Thanks.
