I haven't had to use this yet but having the peace of mind is very useful, especially because it was for my mom's device.

SO far this has been great. I have used it a few times for Laptop scrubbing and loading programs. Dropped off the Laptop. Few days later its done, viruses cleaned, ready to go. Courteous staff Well worth the price so far

I used to be one of those that thought "extended" warranties were for the stupid or helpless people, but with all the things that can go wrong with gadgets now days, I almost always buy the Best Buy extended service agreement.. so far, it's ALWAYS paid off. Fridge, Ice Maker, computer, even Hue gadgets . It HAS served us well.

Best Buy 4-Year Standard Geek Squad Protection. I bought the protection for TV and after about two years the TV went out and they gave me back the purchase price which I used to buy another TV and warranty.

I trust Best Buy products , but for that added security ? I always get the geek squad and warranty . The extra money which is not much is worth it . Best buy will take care of you in a quick and professional way, If there is a issue with your product.

This product is all that I expected it to be. It holds a nice amount of chilled food In the freezer accommodates an ice tray as well as frozen goods. I love that I chose this product
