I bought a five year protection plan I always buy protection plans better safe than sorry whatever I called Geek Squad they are always very kind of knowledgeable

The best thing you can purchase with any appliance or electronic item. Used my last one to replace my ice machine, so now I have my new one covered too.

It’s just okay, I keep this fridge outside by the pool under a covered patio. Regardless of what setting it’s on it either freezes items in the fridge unless I put it at the lowest setting but then doesn’t really cool off items. Freezer works well and does the job. I might be asking a lot of this little inexpensive fridge cut I have to empty the fridge once every two weeks and scrape off ice around the interior of the fridge.

The geek squad team were supper friendly and went above and beyond.

Highly recommend purchasing a protection plan on any larger ticket item. Best Buy was very helpful in resolving my issue and honoring the plan.

Extended warranty on 2nd tabletop ice machine. 1st one didn't last long so didn't want to take a chance. So far it works great and haven't needed this policy replacement.

Always a nice back up plan to get when you buy a product you're not so well-knowledged about.
