Geek squad protection is the best. The service is very easy and the staff are very professional and knowledgeable. I wouldn’t by anything without getting the max geek squad warranty. This is also very affordable. This is a win win and a no brainer.

I didn’t really damage anything or receive anything damaged but my friends always tell me that they reply really quick and attend to your needs as quick as they can.

My first experience with Geek Squad Protection was my laptop that was purchased second hand. They went thru it thoroughly, installed parts and reloaded my operating system. All for FREE!!!! Then when one of our TV's went out, they were very efficient in getting it warrantied out and a replacement purchased with a credit from the bad TV. I won't purchase any electronic or appliance or anything else without it.

Love the looks of this refrigerator . Bought it this morning. The door is not level and no way to fix that. If you look at the distance of the door from top of frig it is not level. Which looks bad and also good stop a good seal if it is not right. May not be a big deal but for almost 600.00 it should be right. When we put it up to the counter it creates an uneven space between wall of cabinet and frig, noticeable there too. Will take back, getting another brand In larger refrigerators you can adjust the door. It appears we can't.

The team set up 3 wall mounted TV’s and sound systems, one refrigerator and a washer and dryer. They did a fantastic job, were very friendly and professional. They care about customer service. I would highly recommend.

Protection plan is a life saver , my ice maker went out and was able to get a new one . Only flaw is they model I had the plan for wasn’t being sold anymore so I had to pay the difference to get a new one

Purchased a fridge for my son to use at college. Well I thought it would be a good investment to purchase the protection that was offered on this product. 4 yr coverage on an appliance for a college student was probably the best investment I could have made. As if something goes wrong he is not calling home for us to purchase a new one. You tell him to take it back to the store and get it fixed or replaced.
