I purchased this 2-Year protection plan to have a piece of mind that my product is covered throughout the specified time for any malfunction. I much rather deal with BestBuy than dealing with external companies and get refurbished items in return (It has happened more than once and I get furious because why am I paying the protection for then).

I get geek squad service with almost everything I purchase at Best Buy. I never ran into a problem with them not covering any of my items. I would recommend this service with everything you purchase.

I went with Geek Squad Protection for a portable ice maker I purchased since these appliances do not have a great track record beyond first months of use. Have not had to use this insurance yet but expect worth it if problems with ice maker do occur.

I haven't had to use my warranty on this particular product but i have had too on a couple tvs from best buy and it is the best. Both times the gave me all my money for the product in a credit which i just turn in to an upgraded purchase.

Whenever I purchase something major I always purchase the Geek Squad protection because you never know what something goes wrong with your purchase and its for me that is best to have because of my madt experience and it costs me more for not getting the Geeks Squad protection. I highly recommend.

Extended warranties for expensive appliances are an absolute must. Highly recommended. They pay for themselves.

So far so good! Though It has trouble staying at a stable temperature. It works for us because we use our milk within the same day. But if you want to store milk for a few days youll need to keep an eye on the temperature and move the dial as needed.

Geek Squad always to the rescue when I need it most. Definitely worth the money & effort.

Bought this for a mini fridge, which typically don’t have a good track record. The price was very reasonable in this case, and the smart thing to do. Other items, the price of the extended warranty seems disproportionate or unnecessary.

this plan is excellent, i've had to use it twice both times they have been so fair i'm ashamed to go back. but i will! cause of the way they treat you..... with respect... honesty... and good will thank you BEST BUY
