Geek squad is great for all our purchases! This was essential with the kids online schooling, college needs and home appliance purchases!

i usually don’t purchase protection plans but the sale price was so good it would have been silly not to. plus i had to use a best buy protection plan for a TV and Best Buy was great. after determining the TV could not be fixed within 20 minutes I had a Best Buy in store credit for the full price of the TV.

I love the warranties they offer. Many of the large ticket items only have 1 year from the manufacture..

Have not had to use it. But when I need it I will have it.

Gives you the peace of mind needed when making a large purchase on something that could break so easily! Definitely recommend just in case something happens! It’s better to be safe than sorry!

always get it it saves your but if the product dies.

We’ve used Geek Squad a few times now for a few of our electronic devices- at first I didn’t see a need but they work with you and it’s worth having this protection

With the countertop ice maker it only made sense to take the four year warranty. I would highly recommend insuring your icemaker!

It makes ice very fast. Awesome taste. Low noise and very lightweight.

Great little mini fridge. I've had it for over a year and havent had any problems but the shelves are very close together so to get anything of a regular size in it I had to remove one and the drawer is so tiny

I like having the protection on my products it means I don’t have to worry if it stops working or if I have a problem. I have always had good results with the protection plan.

Another great purchase once again just knowing that my item is protected for the next 4 yrs I can breath easy knowing that if anything happens it will be fixed or replace at no cost to me. Best Buy has the best protection plans when it comes to electronics n high end appliances

I always pay more to buy these geek squad warranties. I probably make use out of 75% of them so They generally pay off and are so simple to use. You bring device to store, tell them what’s wrong and then they check if there’s a replacement. If there isn’t, you get the full price paid back.

2yr protection plan is cheap but if ur like me i get it regardless because you never know what could happen

My mother wanted this so she could feel good about a purchase she needed. When you can talk to someone in person about a problem and they are polite and helpful these types of service are of value for all. Keep good staff and we'll keep buying this service.

In 2012 I puchased a very expensive product with this service plan. The product worked great except for the in-product ice-maker constantly froze up, stopped working. BB service repaired and replaced parts to make it run correctly at no cost to me. It was worth every penny.
