Love getting warranty when I purchase things from Best Buy. It comes in handy when your things don't work

Having the Geek Squad service is a great thing to have because these are people who understand and knows how to do their job. If anything is wrong they will give everything they have to correct.

I had my ice maker for 7 months and the fan went out but since i had the protection plan i took it to best buy and got an exchange since this isnt an easy fix.

The Tech Team set up my TV and my mesh router. They connected all of my devices and remotes. They worked quickly and were friendly.

When we purchased our ice maker, it was a no brainer to purchase Geek Squad protection. It's the best warranty on any and all products.

it's good to have the protection plan, my wine cooler failed after one year of use, I could easily return it to the store and exchange for a new one. But you pay for 4-year protection plan and once you use it after one year, it's gone, it's cannot be transferred to a new purchase.

Geek Squad is always helpful and will do the best they can to help you with all of your technology needs.
