    Had bought service with microwave purchase. A couple of months later microwave failed, and since i had the service with receipt they just replaced it.

    I’m really glad that I purchased the warranty on this product as one of the drawers has already been replaced as the plastic that it is made of is cheap.

    With a family of 7this ice maker did really well because we ran it constantly. But definitely get the protection plan. If you don’t use it as often it will last longer than a year
