This warranty provides excellent pice of mind; especially in today’s e-commerce market. I like the idea of being able to take a defective item to the store for a replacement.

Geek Squad service has never disappointed us, Sometimes we've had to hold on the phone for a long while to talk with someone, but in these Covid times, it's worth the wait for a tech to talk to !

Geek squad is the best coverage you can buy. It has always served me better than other brands of coverage or warranty. Having a physical store to go to is also the best.

I purchased protection for my microwave oven because the price was reasonable and kitchen appliances are prone to problems. Worth the price, in my opinion.

Always get the protection plan. My microwave stopped working after only a few months but brought it back to the store and it was replaced with a brand new one, no questions asked.

It always gives me piece of mind to have the Geek Squad Protection. If they can't fix it, they will refund your money or exchange the item for a new one.

We haven't had to use Geek Squad on the particular device we purchase the plan for, but I think the extra protection is great to have on expensive items. We have benefited in the past.

I haven’t had to use this yet, so it really remains to be determined if it’s a good value. If my microwave catches fire, I’ll be really happy I have coverage I’ve gotten geek squad coverage on other items and it was worth it. They’ve been professional and very helpful
