    I'm glad that Best Buy offered a four year plan. The other stores only offered a two-year plan for almost as much. This plan was a much better deal and I'm pleased with it.

    I purchased protection for GE microwave. Glad I did. It blew up out of warranty. They replaced it no charge and no questions asked.

    Luckily I have always had great quality purchases from Best Buy and have never needed my Geek Squad, but it's awesome to know that they are always there if I do have an issue.

    most stuff works well for 2 years, but know that they just replace your item and they do not repair anything!

    Always always get the warranty they cover ever just don’t get help at the Mayfair location very rude staff more concerned about their phone and personal conversations

    Purchased two year warranty for Microwave Oven. Have used it on the past when microwave indoor light stopped working. Best Buy gave me a brand new replacement Microwave.
