    Most of the products I have taken to the Geek Squad to review were old products not of which were usuable. They were able to recycle them for me. I have a product that has files on it but they said I may need to send to another place and pay? All the workers have been helpful and polite to me.

    I have karma with electronics. Our microwave stopped heating. (Still love the brand) I took it in and they returned my payment. I turned around and bought the same brand. Piece of cake to get it all handled quickly.
