    Had reason to use the protection for a product the just stopped working. Best Buy stood behind their offer and replaced item lickity split.

    My old microwave went out and it was replaced immediately. I am sometimes hesitant to get these extended warranties but you never know when something might happen.

    Warranty is good if you want it to assure yourself no headaches. I used one for my old tv and Best Buy replaced it when other tv couldn't be fixed.
