I have always gotten extended warranty's. Best Buy and Geek Squad make this warranty worth having. I have had some trouble with the last three Samsung TV's that I have bought. All of them were replaced under warranty and the team at Best Buy and Geek Squad were great help when it came time to use my warranty. I can't stress enough how valuable it is to have an extended warranty. Its an added cost but the sense of security outweighs that cost.

I haven't had to use the protection plan, but it's coverage is robust and puts my worries at ease.

Definitely worth the money after 2 years my other TV suddenly started acting up very strangely they replaced it outright brought me a brand new one right to my house I think that says it all

Nothing better than security when buying a bigger appliance. The few times I've had to use my protection plans have been very easy to manage. Best buy is great with the service they do.

Great protection love it I had this protection with a previous TV and they replaced it with no problem. Excellent service.

I bought the 5 year Geek Squad protection for my previous Hisense TV that stopped working about 2 years later. It wasn't cost effective to fix it so they replaced it with another Hisense TV which I also bought another 5 year protection. I am so happy I had protection!

not a huge fan of insurance but my salesperson made is such an easy decision to purchase

WE discovered after unboxing the 75 inch television, that there was an internal flaw....the screen did not show! When I called, the gentleman said a replacement television would be sent out and the flawed one would be picked up....and it was within 3 days!!!

I have not had to use the geek squad so I really can’t give an accurate review. But it is nice to know they are there if I have any problems with my Toshiba tv.

I would always recommend geek squad protection its the best they always take care of me good value

Great service. Good to have, hope to not need it but great to have.

I am hoping I don’t have to use the warranty. Having a minimum of 50 characters. In order to submit the survey is ridiculous. If there’s nothing wrong, I would think you wouldn’t want to have a drawn out explanation. That is annoying.

Haven’t used it yet hopefully I won’t have to it was pretty pricey too.

It's kind of hard to Rate, I have not had the opportunity to use the service. Hope I never will.

The person who helped me in store was awesome he was a shift leader or something in the tv department who specializes in Samsung but is very knowledgeable and has excellent customer service skills, I went with a 5 year warranty since the bad TVs go bad around 3 years, excellent overall!

Very helpful and as my tv still under 2 year warranty just got new one to replace old one well worth it

I needed this use the warranty for my 65” Oled that had dead pixels. A tech came out and checked. The next day I received a store credit for the price paid for the tv.

I just purchase the extended warranty, this time I had to get the 5 year since the last Tv I bought it was only for two years and of course the tv broke down just after the warranty expired. So I have not had the chance to utilize this warranty, but the price is very competitive for 5 years so i got it.
