It's essential to have this protection because you never know if a device will be good or not. I bought a 70” Insignia F30 and 1.5 years later the screen went black and I tried power cycling and everything the internet had suggested but no luck. Luckily I had the geek squad warranty and received store credit and was able to replace the tv for an upgraded version and also bigger screen, I had to pay the difference which was minimal. I would recommend the protection plan to anybody because you never know what could happen and it’s a pretty seamless process.

I like getting the Geek Squad Protection because technology today can be intimidating. Having Geek Squad ready to help me solve any problems that come up when I have questions or issues. They are responsive and know right away how to fix the issue.

So far so good but again you have to have patients with the geek squad, they will meet your need, but they take too long.

Even though the Best Buy Total membership is very expensive, it is worth it. Because electronic mishaps are unpredictable, this membership makes it possible to resolve issues in a timely manner in-store and remotely.

I had trouble with my last tv--thank goodness I had Geek Squad protections. They came out and fixed it at no cost. I was glad I did it!
