Glad to know my TV is protected by Geek Squad. My TV is protected for 5 years for a convenient price. Last TV was destroyed during moving not taking the same chances again.

Customer was amazing. My tv would no longer power on. The geek squad agent quickly and thoroughly looked for replacement. Parts we're no longer available. He was offer a full refund for the TV or replace it for something of a similar value. This was all a matter of 5 days. Very happy with the service.

I live near the Best Buy in Aventura area. Note: for the most part I do all of my electronics purchase from the aventura store. I happened to be near the Best Buy in Hialeah so we stopped by and purchase a Sony tv from them Along with a extended warranty one year to the date it broke, I then call the geeks They came out six or seven times they were unavailable to fix the problem. So the geek called the aventura store since it’s only a few minutes away to see if they would help on the exchange and aventura Best Buy declined to do anything about this issue. Then they called the Hialeah store and spoke to the manager Hector and he accept to take the tv back with no Additional charge to me. All of this has taken 5 months to be resolved, I believe that I purchase the tv at Best Buy and the Best Buy at aventura Should have looked at it more clearly. Best Buy in Aventura lost a customer and Best Buy in Hialeah has gain one&

Purchased 5 year warranty for an open box TCL TV R646. They were professional and helpful when advising on the 5 year warranty. I have no issues with tv so far but good to know I have that extra warranty/coverage in case anything happens.

Pice of Mind having this protection is a comfort, and all is that!

my tv was 40 days old and the hdmi ports burned out , made a call and got a repair person out the next week

OLED TVs are known to occasionally have risk of burn in, so geek squad protection is always a great idea when the warranty is only a year.

Well worth it for certain item levels. Very useful option for peace of mind. Since Samsung doesn't think much of their products and provide a minimal warranty I got this to be safe. My last tv has lasted well but the next one failed in less than 2 yrs. I Showed them the issues and they instantly gave me full credit of purchase price. Too bad they don't consider a sale price when giving credit. I had to pay out a little over $100 to get an exact replacement with the current model since there were no sales at the time.

I bought the coverage for a TV. When the TV wouldn't turn on it was replaced with a new one.

Had to use my extended warranty. Best Buy was very helpful and took care of the problem. They credited the full cost of my old tv to my new tv, Would recommend the extended warranty. It saved me a lot of money. Happy customer.

I love to always get a Protection for the years cause you never know what will happen. It’s better to be safe than sorry.

Haven’t had to use it yet but it gives me a peace of mind knowing my product will be taken care of.

This for us is a no brainer. If your making a big investment the piece of mind geek squad gives you is nice. I bought this exact same tv a couple of years ago with no protection true story and after a couple of months the screen broke. That tv is at the town dump. Anything can happen and no it wasn’t the kids. Life happens. Even after the year a line can come down one side then the other and your out of luck. Then you’ll be wishing you got that protection. So take my inexperience as a reviewer and just get that much needed protection. Hope I helped.
