Must have on any tv! Over the years I’ve made it a must to include geek quad on all my tv purchases. They are prompt, capable and stand by their products.

Thankfully I have not had to use the warranty but having it is definitely a peace of mind. Great price for it as well! It covers everything I would need it to!

I always get my best buy products with extra warranty insurance. Have never had any issues with warranty work. Couple of years back I bought a refrigerator and the ice maker was repaired 3 times. After the fourth time the ice maker broke best buy lemoned the refrigerator and worked up the paper work then told me to pick out a new refrigerator with store credit of the original cost of the faulty lemonade refrigerator. Great investment.

I always purchase these. Prices are good. I use to think these were a waste of money but now with newer technology I consider it necessary. Years ago I didn’t buy a plan and one day after warranty I had problems. You guessed it, had to buy another TV investing lots more money than the cost of a plan

Any issue that I had geek squad they been there helping to me to fix it I would 100 percent recommend the insurance

There’s No doubt about it. If you have been a best buy loyal customer like myself then you would know that geek squad is definitely the go to for any purchase from here. They help you and they also give you a sense of security that your product is going to be protected no matter what.

Just purchased this service but it gives me comfort if something should happen and i have the Geek Squad.

Always always get the extended warranty you never know what can happen and bestbuys always come through.

Every time I buy a big item I buy it with the 5-year protection plan I haven't regretted it yet Best buy has honor the deal and I protected my family

This protection plan is priceless to me because it allows me to enjoy my television. I don’t have to worry about if it will die on me like my Samsung did after 4 yrs. I will never buy Samsung again because their quality control on screens and laptops has gone way down. They are in such a rush to bring products to the market, they aren’t testing them properly. This plan will probably never get any use because my Hisense Tv seems to be working as should, but ya never really know. And that’s the great part of it because if it does act up - I’m covered for full five years.

It's the best protection plan I've bought. They came in and did a same-day repair on my TV and it was up and running. When it started having issues again and eventually died on me, Best Buy set me up with a new model of the same TV! Came the next day and dropped it off along with recycling the old TV for me. Gave me piece of mind and save me a lot of money.

Thankfully I haven’t had to use it yet, but it’s great to have the option
