I buy Best Buy products all the time, from TV’s to cell phones... but what is most important to me is the peace of mind I get purchasing the protection plans. I know if something goes wrong I have a team of people at my disposal to help me figure out and fix whatever the issue is.

Best thing I ever bought. I would highly recommend that you always get theirs. If you’re buying in the appliances TVs anything they need to be serviced well worth the money.

I always always always get protection. I have a little one, plus pets, PLUS accidents are bound to happen more often when you DON’T have protection. So far Best Buy protection plans have helped tremendously, especially on my child’s tablet.

I mean its pretty much the best plan you can get with any purchase. Has come in handy plenty of times when life's accidents get in the way.

5 years is unbelievable. That means I will still have a warranty when I get out of prison.

I have not used the Geek Squad yet but if I have any issues I would definitely use them.

No haggle, straight cut and dry coverage. Past warranty transaction i brought my Bluetooth buds into best buy and explained the issue and they smoothly inspected and exchanged. Thanks Geek squad!!

I bought the 5 year warranty on my TV. I’ve used the Greek squad in the pass and was pleased with their work but have had no problems with my TV

I have not had to use the Geek Squad protection on this device, but I have needed it in the past for other products. And when you are having an electronics issue, the speed and capability with which the Squad fixes that issue is unparalleled imo.

Geek squad is always the best with warranties. This is why I only shop at BestBuy for all of my electronics.

Was very relucatant about purchasing extended warranty. After speaking with the knowledgable staff at the Best Buy Store nearest me about the value behind the support for Televisions sold in-store, I knew that I wanted the longest lifespan on my device and knew the coverage and cost was worth it

Always got to get the protection plan. You never know when you’ll need it

All smart TV features work seamless, and constantly use the Picture in Picture gesture. No need for smart TV external products. Everything is on the TV. Picture is great when streaming. HDMI is Crystal clear.

Bought lg 86 inch TV. Best thing ive Ever bought geek squad had it up and running in minutes

So far do good. I had a small line issue. Call them thex came out and correct the small line issue. I will always call them if I need them. I will recommend the service to anyone.

We have not had to use it yet but it is reasurring that we will have the service available to us in case we need to use them. It gives us the peace of mind that if we run into a problem with one of our devices that it is just a phone call away.

This plan is a decent value for full geek squad coverage. Always had good service with best buy geek squad for all my devices. Would recommend buying the 2 year plan for everything
