if there’s ever a problem within the five-year warranty if they can’t fix it or there is no part available they swap out the TV for a brand new one no problem the following year model you just have to pay for another five year warranty. Can’t say anything more better for Best Buy will still be a customer.

Good purchase and value for a 2yr warrant is good.

They were nice and helpful when my TV screen went black. I tried for hours to reset it by unplugging it and waiting and plugging it back in to the power outlet. Nothing worked.

I love this, I use it as a monitor for my pc and it’s so nice and bright

my tv is broken. I got right through to someone and got an appointment. very easy and I didnt have to do much. hope the repair or replace is this seamless.

The Geek Squad is the only way to go. So helpful you really need to purchase the protection. My last TV died at only one year old. I received full credit on my purchase price. Don't leave the store without it :)

Convenient, better to have it and not need it than need it and not have it.
