If you buy a television from Best Buy trust me the Geek squad warranty is a must! You never know when something could go wrong and if you have this warranty you’ll be glad you did!

The Tv great sinks with everything easy to set no issues with connecting to internet a lot different options to connect with everything like ipad , iPhone etc.

Lg Oled cx 10 mother board died after 13 months called bestbuy because i had a 2 year warranty i bought no problems guy came out seen what the problem was came back a week later had to order the part And it was fixed that easy i just purchased a Samsung neo Qled QN90A i bought a 5 year bestbuy warranty piece of mind is the best you dont want your $1600 dollar tv breaking with no warranty after Samsung 1 year warranty is over.

I didn’t use the geek service for my installation of my tv.

I luckily have not had to use this but I always purchase it for peace of mind and it works. Often they forget to ask me if I want to add the protection when that happens I ask them for it.

Great service, my TV had issues with the network card and picture display. The representative helped me to resolve the issue immediately. Now recommend geek squad to everyone.

It's the best protection plan I've bought. They came in and did a same-day repair on my TV and it was up and running. When it started having issues again and eventually died on me, Best Buy set me up with a new model of the same TV! Came the next day and dropped it off along with recycling the old TV for me. Gave me piece of mind and save me a lot of money.

I'm just going to make this short and sweet. You better off buying a Geek Squad or Best Buy protection / warranty plan along with any major purchases you make like a TV, sound system, refrigerator, cell phone, computer and washer/dryer. They are 98% of the time way better than the actual manufacturer's warranty and cover more. And give you less hassle when replacing or need to repair whatever you bought.

Love the geek squad protection! It offers a full protection package and in my opinion it is better than the TotalTech. If you're buying a big ticket item like a TV or any appliance, ask the customer service to cancel your TotalTech from this item and add the geek squad warranty instead. Big downside to TotalTech is that it requires you to pay a deductible on certain things. So it's like an insurance.

So glad I had purchasd the plan with our newn55" Hicense tv. Covered the black out screen that happened in the middle of a movie for no reason. Delivery drivers and support both said they are seeing this more and more. Sonin my opinion the cost for Geek Squad protection was well worth it! Did purchase a 5 year plan for new 65".
