There is a lot of comfort in knowing that there is someone available should you need any help at all. From the major problems to the minor questions, there is peace of mind knowing there is someone you can turn to for assurance and peace of mind.

Strongly recommend this if you are purchasing an oled tv. I recently had to use mine for burn in on an oled tv. Best Buy took care of it with no issue.

I got the 42” to use as a PC monitor and its been excellent. Blows away every other monitor I’ve used in the past and the added versatility is a nice value add. I’ve had no problem with the auto adjusting brightness limiter and don’t mind having to turn the TV on first (as opposed to how monitors will just wake from sleep), but YMMV.

Worth the extra money was able to get my broken tv replaced

The Geek Squad Protection saved my sanity after a major hardware failure, I brought my HP computer in to the local Geek Squad office for evaluation and repair. The agent exceeded my expectations and got the thing working again in a few short days. The Geek Squad also brought a laptop back to life. I consider the protection plan a good investment, both in overall cost savings for repairs, but reducing my aggravation with something fails.

Quality and price is amazing, will always do business with Best Buy, looking forward for a desk top computer system for December time frame.

Excellent TV. This was actually an Open Box. I got an excellent deal on it from bestbuy. Didn't come with the Remote, I called LG and they shipped me one at ni extra cost

They come out pretty timely, but never does one visit suffice. THey always have to come and diagnose then order parts and then return sometimes up to 3 times. But the service does cover repairs, and if the same problem exists 3 times, they will replace your item.

Just lost my TV after 4 1/2 years. They gave me back ALL my money in credit to put towards a new TV. The Upgrade is 5 times better TV, and with a $1000 credit, I only spent $1400....yes, I bought a top of the line OLED...that's why it was $2400, but affordable with the $1000 credit. This is the 2nd time that has happened to me with a TV in the past 15 years, and both times I got ALL my money back in credit for a replacement. ALWAYS get the 5-year on a TV. Even if it lasts the whole 5 years, it will probably need a repair, and that alone more than covers the cost of the warranty.

Excellent service and an affordable solution 10/10 would recommend.
