Got for my TV and haven’t had to use it but it is nice to have peace of mind that if something goes wrong it will be covered

I was ready to order my TV online and was in my cart. I figured since I had to pick it up in the store, I may as well take a look at it first. I went to the store to see it but they did not have that tv up. Online it offered 3 years geek squad for $74.99 which I wanted but since I was there I bought it in store. Near the end of sale the guy said 3 year warranty was not available in store. He said 2 year year for $69.99 or 5 year for $124.99. For $5 extra I could have gotten an extra year. Didn’t want to tell him to void the sale in case he was making commission during these tough times. Any ch as nice I can upgrade my warranty?

This is good it’s like insurance for any appliances or technology you buy it’s to protect it in case of damage spills or something going wrong. It covers for the repairs and make it new again that’s so cool and helpful.

I've purchased all of my electronics, appliances, and cameras from Best Buy. And I not purchase anythings within getting Geek Squad protection because it's the absolute BEST!!! 10/10 I DEFINITELY RECOMMEND!

I never used the tv. As the TV was returned, defective. But, the customer service, was very good.

Have gotten geek squad protection in the past for a tv and just before it ran out, my tv started having issues. Best Buy could no longerfix the tv, but they made it right. Absolutely paid dividends

It is always good to get this on more expensive items, look a TV, but not sure it is as essential for under $100 items.

A large purchase like our new tv was even better know that if a problem occurs Geek Squad will be there to take care of it for us. You can’t put a price on security and piece of mind.

The employee was extremely helpful finding the TV that I had wanted also recommended a warranty that was slightly more expensive but gave more protection for the value ...So overall I am very satisfied thank you

The agent explained the extended warranty to us in a very easy to understand way, and we bought it because of that. Often this information is confusing. His presentation was not. Good job overall!

Seems I always get Geek Squad warranty n never need it but it’s better to get it n hav it n not need it than to not get it n then need it Better to b safe than sorry

Haven’t had a chance to use this. But I’m sure it works.

OLED TVs are known to occasionally have risk of burn in, so geek squad protection is always a great idea when the warranty is only a year.

Got this protection for my TV. Haven’t had to use it yet.
