I purchased the 5 year Geek Squad Protection but cancelled the service because I returned the television that I bought it for.

The Geek Squad was excellent, but the TV is the problem. At present, the problem has not been resolved. The Hisense H5500G 43" Android LED Smart Tv demonstrates poor picture quality. The picture is often slightly blurred or temporarily cleared. This product is not acceptable. However, it is this Tv not all of them. Apparently, there is a defect.

This is the best protection for all home electronics. We recently had to use it on a Large Screen TV (58 inch). The TV had a great picture, but kept having sound problems. After we had the Geek Squad out for a 3rd time in 2 years , we were given a fair credit on the unit and upgraded to a Sony 58 inch.

I think this is on my sound bar and hopefully I will never have to use it but glad to have peace of mind knowing if I do I can bring it in and they will take care of it.

Honestly the best investment.I buy from Best Buy as opposed to others because of their great service plans and customer service of that plan maintenance. I will try to buy open box on most items, with the warranty it usually pays for the difference while protecting my investment.

So far not much to say. But It worked very well in the past, so I decided to buy it again.

Having this is what saved me from having to pay for a TV that I purchased for two years that broke on its own. Geek Squad replaced my prior TV quickly and the process was simple. The best TV ever.

Would not purchase a new higher cost electronic without the extended warranty! Our last Samsung TV went out 30 days before our previous extended warranty ran out. Old set was replaced with a new one at no charge.

All I can say is buy the plan even if you think it is not needed..Best Buy protection stands behind its warranty and they are super easy to work with. If not for them the tv replacement I had to do after my new Samsung tv went out I would cost a lot more than what was spent on the protection plan.

Got the extended warranty on my new TCL. Well worth the money in my opinion as I am not familiar with the brand coming from an LG.

I bought 3 TCL tv's online and used the curbside pickup. I was greeted quickly when I arrived. They were very professional and courteous.

Have been a Best Buy customer for over 20 years. They stand by what they sell and the Geek Squad is always there to help. Did not use them for my most recent purchase but would recommend them to assist in TV and surround sound installation to those that need it.

First time trying xumo tv. Its great. All apps in one easy to use ui. Tv has hdr. Great features at a price that is more than reasonable.

Haven't had to use the Geek Squad Service on an item in a while but when I have I've been pleased with the customer service.

This is one of the best tv's I have ever bought, Samsung is by far superior to any other Tv brand in the market and purchasing from Best Buy? everything will always go right. Don't forget to use Geek Squad!

The best warrenty for a tv repair problems when you need it

This plan offers great piece of mind to protect any of your electronics purchased at Best buy. Highly recommend purchasing the extended plans.
